| This
example of a PLUS project is intended as a guide to a possible structure
for writing PLUS for a machine tool interface. It is not intended to be
the only way of creating a PLUS project nor is it guaranteed to be correct
in all aspects so you should accept it at your own risk.
It contains most of the elements needed for a simple machine, except for the machine specific interface. It handles 3 axes and a spindle. Inputs and outputs have been assigned arbitrarily for Limit switches and for drive enable outputs. This Excel spreadsheet is a cross reference for the project. To download, click here To install this project in a 10/Series you should download and then run the self-extracting PLUS_EX.EXE file. This will create a single floppy disk that can be loaded into a 10/Series or the off-line development system RDK. You MUST edit the project and convert IL to C, then enter PLUSEDIT and press the BUILD ALL softkey to create a project that is compatible with your version of the 10/Series |
