OSAI-USA has introduced a new technical support and service program for all 8600 Series CNC controls for industrial automation applications.  The 8600 Series CNC Controls, originally designed and sold by OSAI and later marketed by Allen-Bradley are widely used in industrial automation applications requiring user-friendly interface, systems management, and simultaneous control of up to 32 axes.

OSAI-USA has a newly expanded headquarters and service center to provide repair, service and technical support for all 8600 CNC controls, identified either as OSAI or Allen-Bradley products.  The service center is supported by diagnostic test equipment and OSAI factory trained technicians. The center assures overnight shipment of factory parts and components from an inventory of 250,000 dollars.  OSAI-USA also provides technical field support and programming assistance on site.

The 8600 Series CNC Controls are used in diverse automation applications including machine tools, woodworking, glass and marble processing, automotive, aerospace, packaging, robotics and factory automation.

OSAI has been producing high speed, precision CNC controls for industry ever since inventing these controls as part of Officine Meccanichi Olivetti in 1957.  Today OSAI is an independent company with over 50,000 controls installed around the world.
