Service and Support
Osai-USA offers a full range of support services on the 10/Series, OSAI 8600, A-B 8600 control systems as well as support on OSS200/500, DAC/DAM and OS3 servo drives and motors. These services include availability of consumables items (such as backup batteries), repair or exchange of defective parts, service visits, documentation, software updates. Osai-USA also offers training, maintenence contracts and custom software.
Osai will replace or repair defective parts at no charge while under warrantee regardless of where in the world the machine was manufactured, 95% of all service issues are resolved via the telephone or over the internet by way of “GO TO MEETING”. All service and spare parts are handled directly by Osai-USA. Osai can do failure analysis and repairs at our facilities in Chicopee, MA.
